Newcomer / Intro Bought today on steam, cant log in.

I bought a copy of Elite today on steam, but it will not let me log in. Could this have anything to do with already having a PS4 account?, no idea, any help would be great.

Your new Steam account requires to be linked to a different Frontier account than the one your PS4 is linked to. So it needs a different email address. Your Frontier account is what "holds" your commander data, progress, assets, etc so needs to be different for each commander / version.

But a Steam account or Epic account must necessarily be linked to a Frontier account ?

The commander data, progress, assets are not stored by Steam/Epic ?
