Bounties for Tod question

I'm suppose to bring 15 bounties to Tod and then bounties totally more than 100,000.
Been shooting up the NAV beacon and the high and low res in shinrarta and though I've made an excess of a million cr's they apparently are all one bounty.
How does one obtain 15 separate bounties?

They are not all one bounty, just a lot of bounties for one faction.

When you cash them in at the engineer you should then have access. But engineering is currently broken, so probably worth holding off doing any actual engineering until it's fixed...

Thanks, though I made over a million, when I checked just now, tod states I've got 12 vouchers. IF that's the case, when he states I have 15, and the total is well over 100,000 as it is now. I just cash them at his place, right.

Yes, just go and shoot three more baddies and cash the bounties at his place and you should be good to go.

Thought as much, so I went to the system he resides in a low and behold it's a hostile system. Reckon it's gonna be a challenge doing power play and trying to unlock engineer's. Wish me luck, here I go.
