Did bounties change in Odyssey? They all seem to be universal now and not just pertaining to the ship. I can't get into my home station without being attacked as I'm apparently wanted there, despite having never done any crimes.
And when I go to interstellar factors elsewhere, I can't pay off the Federation and Imperial bounties (which I believe are the ones causing me trouble). And yes, notoriety is 0, the bounties just don't appear there, yet show on my left panel.
