Bounties (on me) in Anarchy systems?

Hi all,

Trying to understand the implications of the various factions and security levels.
Am I right to think that I can't get a bounty on me if I interdict and blast ppl in Anarchy systems?

Can't really find out in advance how all this works with bounties on me and stuff. Any pointers?

OK so far, if you attack a wanted ship that is allied with the current system you will be attacked by authorities. My anecdotal experience only.

So, you carry out missions from an Independant/pirate system. You are going to find that surrounding systems don't like you.

For example: I am allied with certain Alliance sub groups currently. Bounties in the surrounding pirate/indepedant systems are prolific. However, jumping into an independant system and blasting one of their wanted isn't actually their wanted. They are wanted by hte Alliance. So they are friends with this Independant System. So I go red if I shoot. If i find them in my territory, death no fine. Pay attention to who they are allied with in the contacts screen.
