Bounties

Bounties should be redeemable remotely. Seriously if the galactic net can update and make me wanted in a billion stars seconds after I discharge my blaster. There is no reason why I need to go to the planet to redeem a bounty voucher. I was on this mission the other day in my Imperial Clipper (Large class ship). I get interdicted by a vulture and a diamondback. (don't get me started on interdiction..... there is no way it should be possible for a Clipper to be interdicted by a sidewinder). So i zap the vulture/diamondback they were both worth about 47K, so just shy of 100k.... to find out there is no port in this system and all the credits are system only. This leaves me with 2 choices...

1. Jump to nearest system with a port a buy a disposable sidewinder fly back and dock at outpost
2. Jump 30+ ly to where my imperial eagle/and imperial courier are stored and fly back and dock at outpost

I see no reason why there can't be 4 menu choices at the contact menu....
1. Local Security office
2. Combat bond Contact
3. Black Market (if available)
4. Galactic Bounties (via Pilot Federation)

As a card carry member of the Pilot's federation there is no reason why they can't represent me and claim the bounty for me in the local jurisdiction for a modest 10-25% fee. a 10-25% fee would encourage people to go in person to redeem vouchers but also make so those flying larger ships (where time is money), or longer routes where you don't want to stop every system (especially if you have to fly 30,000+ ls to get to the nearest port/outpost)

This has probably been suggested before.... but still..... let's get space travel into the 21st century....

It's been suggested a few times, aye. The handwavy reason given for the current bounty collection method is usually "gameplay", or "balance".
