Newcomer / Intro Bounty claiming.

...... claim it at a Federation system with a Fed star port...or any starport that has a Fed faction....go ,,,,system map (or galaxy map if you are planning a route )... , click on the starports/outposts and look at their details on the left.... you claim the bounty in contacts ....Hey all
I have a bounty in my "transactions" tab - for federation - but no matter were Ive been so far I haven't been able to claim it - its just sitting there.
Can someone enlighten me as to what needs to be done?? thanks

You can change the galaxy map so that it will show you systems that are Federation systems. You will be able to find a starport in those system where you can cash in those bounties. There is another thread on the forums that walks you through setting the starmap to show you different information. If you still can't figure it out send me a PM and I can work up some instructions for you.
Many Independent stations also have a Fed faction contact and you can sell there.
