I would like to see the pilot foundation collect bounties..... Face it if you use a warrant scanner or if you do a lot of traveling you probably have at least 1 outstanding bounty that you have no idea where that faction is. Or you are buried deep in Empire territory (for example) but you got a 2k bounty for alliance (150 ly away) you can either travel there (cost you more in gas) or for a % of the bounty the pilots foundation agent will collect it in that territory for you...... at %50 of face value.
