Bounty collection in 2.2

I thought there was going to be a way to remotely collect bounties in 2.2, has it been implemented? If so i am missing a trick.

Only systems with low security have a contact for galaxy wide fines/bountys

They are found in stations in low security systems under the contacts menu. You can filter for low sec systems in the galaxy map.

I like the new feature but am curious why it is limited to low security systems.
Is it considered a "black market and shady" kind of thing in FD's mind/lore?
Guess I didn't think of "Bounty Broker" being a underhanded profession since bounties are usually on criminals.

A feature I (and others) requested finally implemented, 18 months later. Not tried it yet but glad to see it in there.
