Bounty Hunter Local Law Enforcer Ranks

Once bounty hunter become allied with the local and main power by fighting against local criminals, they should climbs new ranks :
- Local Law Enforcer Helper Rank 1, 2, 3... or whatever name you want to give it
- External Police Force

Once you have reach External Police Force, you'll receive a salary, still get bounty hunt rewards, and will do more mission for the local station.
This could lead to some nice scenarios, where you are asked to rescue some people, escort convoy...etc. near your local station.

Police should act differently when you become allied. Instead of scanning you and say you have nothing, but next time... They should say : Thank you for your help commander !
And each time you pass a rank, they should say something different to increase your feeling of being valued in the local area.

I don't see a reason why there needs to be ranks for this. Stuff like this should happen quietly in the background. In my opinion, NPCs should be changing their actions and dialogue based on your local notoriety/police rep and all of this should not be visible to the player.
