Say I kill a target with a bounty but he is part of a group that is allied with the Federation, will that affect my ranking up with the Federation? I am trying to rank up so I get a SOL pass, so I am doing bulletin board missions to help rank me up. But I am not sure if my bounty hunting is just hurting my rank instead. Any feedback is appreciated!
