I wasn't sure where to post this so I figured a general post would work best.

I'm trying to find a bounty based on one of the "TOP 5" Listings in a specific system, and I'm wondering if there's something specific I need to do to find it? Do I need to search certain signal sources? Do I need to sit in supercruise and scan ships? Do I need to sacrifice a small animal? I've got a kill warrant scanner and other sundries for hunting, but I mean as far as the best way to use those tools.

Those top 5 are actual players so you'll need to be playing in open. As for the best way to track them down well that's not so easy as there is no guarantee they'll be in your instance or even playing at the same time as you.

those bounties are real players. It is not 'live' info so they could be anywhere or even in solo where you can't see them.
Your unlikely to find them unless by chance.
