[Bounty Hunting] Do system stats determine bounty?

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for a different location to go bounty hunting and getting money reliably. Or just money reliably via combat. I've gathered that Resource Extraction Sites are a good way to get good money. Does Anarchy systems also generally mean more dangerous ships? Also does the population and security level effect the type of ships and the bounty you encounter in a system?

I'm looking around to find good areas to go hunting and I'm having a hard time to see if there's a connection between these variables and what you can expect. Or if I'm better off finding a system under Civil War and do military bonds that way.

It depends on how selective you want to be with bounties I suppose.
If you want to support a certain faction then an anarchy system may be a bit better for you since you can kill most targets without having to worry about who they work for.
In my experience...and from what I see on the forums...RESs are better than CZs for money making.

Im not sure if sec status has anything to do with the amount of wanteds or size of bounties though.

Thank you Slightly for your response. I guess I'll keep on collecting information and see what I find out myself!
