Bounty Hunting is pretty buggy

I popped into a USS today and found a couple of Federal Authority Vessels hammering away at an anaconda. I targeted it, scanned, and it was wanted locally. So, guns deployed, took down its FSD and BOOM.

"9000cr bounty for the murder of [pilot name]"

Whiskey. Tango. Foxtrot.

I wish this was the only bug. Sometimes I'm shooting a locally-wanted guy and the local feds, without ever taking a shot from me or bumping me, go aggressive to me. Sometimes the kill results in the correct bounty, sometimes all I see is a wanted message. >_<

Go hunt in the Nav Beacon in Anarchy systems with Kill Warrant Scanner. No cops to bother you, or your pray and every second ship has a hefty bounty on its "head"...

If the guy is allied with the local faction then the local feds will protect him even when he has a federal bounty on out him. Crooked cops.

This ^^^

I make serious monies grinding nav points in anarchy systems.

Also you can shoot other bounty hunters so they don't take your kills, and as it is an anarchy system you don't end out getting wanted yourself. I'm not sure if there are any repercussions as to rep for killing them though. I think not.
