Bounty Hunting nerf?

It seem like in the past few weeks that the profit from bounty hunting went down. When 1.2 first came out and BH was buffedand you were seeing good numbers of creds for wanted ships. Lately it has been weird though as have not seen an anaconda over 200k in a couple weeks and have seen a few that bring less creds than a viper. There are alot of novice and mostly harmless anacondas in RES sites now. I am beginning to wonder if FD did a silent server side nerf. Has anyone else noticed this?

looks like the devs want players to either make credits by trading or have fun. cant have both.

I haven't, I think i got about 40-45 million in bounties when doing the last community goal, but I think nerfing it is good idea.
The amount of money you can earn is silly.
 
Nope. Personal observations are notoriously unreliable, to such degree that one would be very wise not to ever trust them.

Basically, start writing down your kills (income/h, enemy level and each bounty you gained). Only way you can be even remotely sure is to collect data and analyze it.
 
I don't necessarily think it's been nerfed, but I strongly believe it should not be nerfed. I do believe however that bounty hunting is too profitable, but therefore, I believe that the pirates should be tougher to kill. As it is, it's no problem for me to take out a master anaconda in a viper, that shouldn't be. If they simply removed the security force, I think that might help, but as it is, it's quite silly. It makes little sense that pirates continually attack Resource extraction sites when they constantly get pumelled. anyway, I'm way off the point, I don't think it's been nerfed though.

It should not be nerfed, I was trader only when it comes to earning money. Still trader is more profitable than bounty hunting/community goals. Community goals takes at least 3-4 days to finish if not longer. It is just more funny than trading, but me with T9 still earning much more for same time investment than community goals. And simple bounty hunting is far away behind Trading when it is about money per hour earning. So it is ok like it is now.Fighting for community goals should give nice rewards always as it do, or if there is no reward there would never be enough of players involved.

Real life or game , it is same, money is always first thing which attracts people. Than it comes to fun. If someone is different and think about fun as first , that means that person is rich and do not need more money. When he is rich he gets bored and what he do ? He start with looking for a lot of Fun. But in same time , like most riches doing in real life, that person will forget on poor ones and for their needs. And poor ones needs way how to earn money.

So give more ways to all how they can earn credits in game.

No because it is still nothing compared to trading and no other profession is any good for earning

having wave after wave of wanted ship turn up at a res site, where there is nothing for them to pirate, just shouldn't happen.
 
I must say that I also have been thinking that there might have been a adjustment here. I've tried to re-log to get better ships in the RES, but often not even after 10 tries I've been getting the good Anaconda/Python/Clipper/Dropship spawns (at which point I've gone to do something else). A few weeks ago I usually only had to re-log 2-3 times.
 
I felt like the spawns had been nerfed after about an hour, then found a nice RES 18,000 ls from the star, 4 consecutive Annies followed by the parade of big ships I have become accustomed to.

Trading exists for the sole purpose of earning money.
If you can earn more money doing another activity, why trade at all? I certainly never have and don't plan on trading.

Yes but then logically piracy should be legit and traders would need more costs, for example traders should be spending money on security which atm the don't have too.
