Bounty hunting question...

Let me start by saying I only play in solo play. So I have decided to take a stab at bounting hunting. In the this station that is acting like my garage, I noticed the 5 bounties this station has posted in the news screen. I have seen this before but never paid any attention to this. I saw in this list of top 5 a CMDR (insert name) and his bounty was huge. So in the details of this post the CMDR was last seen in (insert name) system. I head on over to this system and land in a station and I see this place last saw him in another system. So I go to this new system. Am I tracking this guy down correctly? I was searchig for him in the nav beacon area and unidentified signal sources. Am I doing correctly? Thank you for your help.

No anybody with the CMDR in their name is a real player so the only way to find them is in open, if they are in open. They can be in solo too which sort of makes the whole bounty thing pointless.

Bear in mind that if these CMDRs have huge bounties on their heads they're probably hiding their head in some well armed ships and they probably knwo how to reduce ships and CMDRs to space dust. So if you're just "taking a stab at BH" I'd advise going after them straight ahead, best go for some smaller fries first :)
