Bounty improvement against cmdr

I was killed inside the dock when I was on Clipper. Died in a couple of seconds after launch was pressed. Last I saw was some missiles from behind, and some of them hit me very hard. Not sure if these weapon was dumbfire missiles or torpedo.

I'm not agains such killing, but it is impossible to countermeasure, outperform such gank and that is a pity - the game allows gank, but does nothing for the dodge from the gank

1 attack is fast enough and defence is impossible even theoretically, except being in a heavy ship(Py, Conda) with the max shields.
2 attacker usually loses much less, ie T6 or T7 are very easy to be killed using missiles, accellerator, railgun and etc even on cobra
3 attacker becomes clean because station kills him
4 no way for revenge or even bounty hant

So, there should be some improvement to the bounty system in the game, ie. options can be the following

Option 1 : some good way to find such people

Option 2 : bounty is not wiped if the system vessel or station kills attacker

Option 3 : player is able to set bounty for the gank. I.e. when the player died very close to the station or inside it, the bounty can be set

Activating hardpoints inside the station or in NFZ should give you a 3 second warning before station defenses kick in.

That should eliminate station camping and it makes sense since you should have no legit reason to have your weapons out.


edit: the idea being, no creation of special cases in an existing system is always a preferred solution. This way your camper never attacks you and so you dont need to modify the bounty system.
