Bounty in Elvira Martuuk

Ok I went exploring on Khun5 and came across a stash of cargo canisters. as I approached them some sentry skimmers attacked me so I shot them and earned myself a fine or bounty (didn't notice which) almost immediately I was attacked by a harmless pilot in an adder who was clean. He kept firing on me so I had to blow him up. Now I have a 12500cr bounty in Elvira Martuuk! Problem is there in no such place as Elvira Martuuk and her base station has no contacts board. So how am I going to be able to pay off the bounty once it matures into a fine?

Pay it at a station in the system. Not her base.

There is a station. Try there, once it expires.
