Especially seems as some bounties/fines/received bounties, don't contain the system name.
If it the bounty(or whatever) has multiple places you can collect (or pay), it should either pick the closest to you, or the system you got it from originally. Either way is fine.
At the very very very very very very very least, clicking on it should give you more info!
