Horizons Bounty on me for trying to do ''Cut the power''

Title.
Is this normal/happening to people?

Cubeo faction wanted me to kill a generator in a medium security settlement and every time I attacked the sentries or anything really I kept getting fines on top of fines.
So, the price to get a mission done is a 7 days bounty on your head?

I'm just sort of confused here seeing as the faction who gave me the mission is the same faction as the base I had to attack so I can't even turn it in now or they'll shoot me down.

?

This is 50% of any mission results. Many missions offer you the chance to become wanted, it is the nature of the game.

Its normal that you get a bounty, you attack a base after all so that faction won't like that. That a Faction gives you job to attack one of there own bases is alltough a bit silly.

You're destroying another faction's equipment most likely without their permission (it seems like a rival gave you the mission, it's basically sabotage) so of course the activity is illegal! Although I do think missions that involve breaking the law should state that fact upfront.
Edit: Just realised you mention it's the same faction that's given you the mission that also owns the target, that is strange, unless of course... it's an inside job!)

I never got a mission that could get me wanted in over 200 hours of playing this game, let alone a mission that will get you wanted with no mean of turning the damn thing in. Talk about some waste of time :p

Sure, but at least let me turn the damn thing in! As it stands I struggled to do this thing and my ''reward'' was not in the form of CR :p
