while I am only exploring I'm suddenly wanted and there is a bounty on my head of 400Cr
How can I find out the reason and how can I get it removed

Probably a Docking fine that you got 24hrs ago. Has now expired and become a bounty.

I think that you can remove it by paying the respected fine in a station afiliated with the function that placed the bounty on your head.

Removing the head removes the bounty, too!

After runaway from some bounty hunters I was able to dock on a mining platform.
In contacts I could pay 600Cr and it is now removed

Just a little waring: if i read the uncomming changes correctly, this will get more difficult in the future.
