Newcomer / Intro Bounty On You

no

my notoriety is 0

i have edited my post...

my panel says i have NO bountys and NO fines on me...that means these 25% are simply a fee for paying me off while being in a different system and i would have to go to the systems were i collected them?

annoying bureaucracy...seems they also simulated that stupid part

important question now: do these collected bountys from other systems get counted for the community goal?
Only bounties from the controlling faction count for Community Goals but if that faction is present in other systems you can earn the bounty in those systems but you have to go to the CG station to cash them in at the security contact.
I am going to NLTT 16391 and shooting Wanted ships in the Compromised Navigation Beacon there then going to Ellis Gateway and cashing the Omega Merchant Command bounties with the security contact to count towards the CG any others at the contact or IF just pay me.

i tried some MM stacking for skuta (first time), but realised that good missions i dont get yet and high level missions are not ideal in my non engineered and not fully maxed python.

so i will get in my maxed out viper4 with kill warrant scanner again and go to high res sites in betel system. i found many high level pirates with big ships there and made most money in short time. highest bounty for one ship was 500k

Each time you go to a RES, you get a different type of spawn of ships. Sometimes only small ones, sometimes mostly big ones, sometimes mixed, sometimes it's quiet, other times it's busy, though how busy it is also depends on the population and traffic through the system.
