Bounty Voucher Payouts reduced or eliminated

Has everyone noticed the golden carrot removed by FDev after this last power cycle 12-19-3010. We defeated the thargoids and the reward is a reduction from +40% to +10% on bounty vouchers. I guess Sandra's workshop kids will just have to go hungry now. I don't have time to transport food and gifts. I have to go find another way to make bank.

Update - it must have been some feature of PP2 I didn't know about. Maybe a bounty from the controlling faction erases all bonus rewards for bounty vouchers on file.

Are you talking about a specific Power or system here?

I've not noticed any change in Kaine space (+20% for followers, +0% for everyone else, same as before)

It must be a feature of the PP2 system. Before this week it was +40% on bounty vouchers for A. Lavingly Duval systems. Now it's +10%. Also I've noticed a considerable downtick in the population of Haz Res sites. A complete lack of any ships for 5-10 minutes at a time.

Spawn rates have always been variable in any RES. If you don't get one you like, log until you do, or jump out and back in again to reset it to new RGN.

This may be the result of a bug being fixed. I'm pledged to Duval also, and it was displaying and maybe even producing +60% payouts, even though I hadn't reached the rank to have earned it. Now it should be displaying the correct % earned.

Another thought here: check what type of ALD system you're in.

Just been passing through Yuri Grom space, and for a non-pledged player:
- Exploited systems give +20% payout
- Fortified systems give +40% payout
(The 40% is unchanged from last week; I didn't check the other one)

You might have been in a Fortified/Stronghold system last week, but be in an Exploited system this time?

I did my ALD rank-up by shooting pirates in HIP 20277 haz RES, It took me a week to get rank 100, then I was getting +140% bounty payouts. I started at 40%. I think it gave me that from when I was pledged before, so when it said I got the 20% bonus, I actually got 60% and so on to 140%. I haven't checked it this week because I've been doing Titan stuff and getting tellurium.

Same here, 140% bounty bonus once past level 100. Also 100% rebuy reduction cost, almost easy mode. 🤣
