Bounty Vouchers aren't counting toward the CG

I'm having issues with the current CG where the bounties I've turned in a Blenkinsop Hub at Andavandul haven't counted towards the current community goal. I know in-game it can sometimes take a moment to update, but I had turned in some yesterday and my contributions still sit at zero. These were bounties I earned at the installations in-system, so they should be valid bounties. Yes, I made sure I'm actually signed up, and yes, I made sure I'm signed up for the bounty CG, not the trade one. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong here? I've never had this issue doing bounty CGs before.
