Boxes opening and closing at random since the update

Is anyone else having problems with animals randomly boxing and unboxing since update, my largest franchise zoo has broken since update 1.6.

Yes. This has particularly been an issue with my meerkats. I get a notice than an animal has low welfare, and I discover it is boxed just inside the entrance to its habitat. I have to manually unbox them.
