Brain Tree sites.

Hi All, Question on Brain tree sites. Are they suppose to be static or can they disappear and reappear? I have gone on a G4 Raw mats collection run. I regularly use this This page as it is closer to the bubble. However I have taken to looking for other brain tree sites on each planet and recording their co-ordinates. This is on the assumption that they are static (the page gives sites so I assumed they were...) Now I'm on the Tellurium planet, found an excellent site 2 days ago (after the server maintenance window) and recorded it, logged off. Haven made it back on until now - not a Brain tree in site.... Ship is exactly where I left it.
So, expected behaviour? If it is, this is a significant impact to raw mat collections. Is this an attempt to stop re-logging for mats? I haven't found any threads that talk to this so any information would be great.

Cheers

Recently, last 2 patches or so, it seems that when I log in and have exploration data for nearby systems from a day or 3 ago, but I haven't turned it in yet, that I can't see their system map.

I've also sometimes experienced a noticeable delay from the time I click on a star and the system map icon lights up (changes from grayed out to orange).

I've also seen issues with planetary ring hot spots not showing up in the Nav panel until going to supercruise.

So I'm wondering if planetary/exobio exploration data that hasn't been turned in causes the bio to disappear, or delay in showing up.

You can always fly up, go to supercruise for 5 or 10 seconds, exit come back down and see if they show up then.
