Yeah, in fact, you kind of have to. I don't recall the limit, but I kept bumping into it while out exploring. Marked unscanned systems, meaning to get back to them and ran out of navigational bookmarks. I had to delete a lot of them so I could continue my journey and leave those breadcrumbs to follow back.

I think the limit is 128 or so.

I had the same issue a while back, pretty sure it is 150

And uh, as others have said, do submit this to galnet.
