Breeding question

Is there a way to track down the parents of an animal you bread? I put 2 females and 1 male warthog in an enclosure so trying to figure out which ladies had which babies to stop any interbreeding.... Checked the studbook tab but nothing useful there.

Yes there's a way... called pen and paper which gives you something like this



But it sure would be nice if there was something in game to have the same result
