Hello Everyone!!!

I've been threatening this for a while . . .

I am running in the British 10k road race on Sunday 13 July 2014 in aid of Cancer Research UK, and wondered if you would be kind enough to sponsor me.

My current personal best for this distance is 47:00 mins, but on this event I am going to try and break the 45:00 minute barrier!

Completed the race in 49 minutes!

Not a personal best, but pleased anyway. The amount of slow runners in the first group to leave made it very difficult to get a good time.

Great route to run round though!
