Seems like every other Asp driver crashes it and hasn't got the cash to buy it back...

So, without further ado, I would like to post a poll to see just how many Asp drivers (past and present) have been sent back to a Sidewinder when they blew up their Asp (regardless of how).

It's all in good fun, but this thread should also serve as a warning to future Asp pilots!

So, go on, man/woman up, admit your mistakes, and let's all have a laugh at the results! Hopefully not too many "broken by the Asp" folk perma-rage quit...

Had an Asp (insured several times over), went on an exploration trip for a grand total of 25.000ly, returned safely, sold it and bought a Type 7.

Guess i need to find myself a different reason to rage quit.

Went on a exploring trip and parked my 30 mil Asp at a star in the middle of nowhere to fuel up. Didn't want to wait, so went to do the dishes or something, and got greeted by the insurance guy by the time I got back. Turns out that the ship slowly burned to a crisp while I was checking out the contents of my fridge. Didn't have enough money to pay for the insurance, and lost a couple days worth of exploration data. No hard feelings though, as I learned a valuable lesson

That's pretty epic, and actually one of the more unique ones I have heard, seeing as most boost into walls or try to escape pirates with no weapons or shields!
