Broken care packacage delivery $##powercarepack;

I went through Kaine rank 19 and rank 20 in this week and in both cases I received standard care package award message but instead of listed materials there was line "$##powercarepack", also power conctact didnt offer anything for me as a reward.

I think this one out of all the duplicates got the right attention because it was mentioned in the PP 2.0 announcement thread.

This one is already "confirmed" so FDev might actually look at it. I'll go and flag a couple of duplicate not-confirmed issues now...

Just noticed it's consistently ranks 19 and 20 so this one smells of a simple typo or someone forgot an escape character... ie finger trouble with data entry for this one point on the scale, not some horrifically broken thing across all ranks.
