Horizons Broken Missions locations/info

So i've been doing missions at terminals since the update that made the AI more difficult to kill on my own, recently i've been doing the emplacement generator missions that are given at LHS 20 Ohm City... i got one earlier today to go to Singer Settlement in Ross 588 which is wrong because not only is Singer Settlement not a planetary settlement like it stated, but it also wasnt located in Ross 588, then later i found another one that wanted me to go to Pippin Penal Colony in LHS 17 again a system that has no planet nor has the settlement require of the mission, not only that but im pretty sure Pippin Penal Colony doesn't exist, if so i have no clue where it is.... both missions had a reward of 1 million credits so im not sure...
Does Frontier know about this? is this a broken part due to the patch, or is it something else?

If you don't have data for a system, you won't see the planets, nor you will see the bases on them. Either equip a disco scanner and scan the system, or drop onto the nav beacon, scan it and pull the data from there. (You can also buy the data in some neighbouring systems, but they tend to be incomplete.
Once you have the system data, you will see both planet and the base is there.

Also, there are several cases of bases/stations/outpost sharing the name, so don't let that confuse you.
