Horizons Broken Missions.

Running missions and suddenly one of the NPCS in a sector all disappear. What I mean is, i was always visiting 4 NPCs per base, and I only see 3, and randomly or not randomly some of my missions now wont complete. Also the mission boards have suddenly started acting strange, where once there was a variety of missions they seem stuck between no missions at all, and Mining missions (like 50+ of them) with no other variety.

This is totally broken and killing the game for me right now. Anyone else seeing issues?

Not sure about the NPC disappearing stuff, but what you may be seeing in terms of mission boards is a change in STATE of the system factions. When you first open the Starport Services section take note of the FACTION STATE. When you open the Mission Board also take note of the various factions and their own states. This info is up in the top right corner of the page and shows Current, Recovering and Pending states for that particular faction. Some states result in a different group of missions to be given, where some more negative states like BUST can result in little to no missions being issued by that faction.
