I doubt that this is bad luck. This is bad manufacturing quality. A friend of mine on TS has the 3rd or the 4th now, another friend of mine (who plays about the same as I do) bought one from Amazon - failed in two months, had to return it as Amazon could not replace it, he bought the second one in March this year from the local e-tailer... and it started to fail about two weeks ago and the failures develop with time. He probably has the issue of cut wires.

There is at least one another post with pictures of wires being cut.
So either we are all having a really bad luck, which is very doubtful, or it is the build quality that is below any level.
Okay. Then I guess instead that I am just lucky that my x-52 have lasted for so long
