BROMELLITE Cores

Seriously??
Is there some secret use for this stuff??

Found a 1/2 dozen of them within about 3 KM of each other.

Glow just like the rocks with expensive stuff. Waste of a limpet.

Bromellite, as a beryllium-containing mineral, has some uses. Industrially, natural specimens have the potential to be an ore of beryllium. It is one of the reagentsthat can be used in the manufacture of artificial emeralds. As an additive, bromellite confers high mechanical strength and very high thermal conductivity. In nuclear reactors, it is used as a moderator for fast neutrons. Ceramics containing bromellite are used in electronics, as well as crucibles for the melting of uranium and thorium. Bromellite, both natural and synthetic, is also used as a gemstone or as a collector's mineral. As a gemstone bromellite is extremely rare. To date there has been found only one crystal that is large enough to be cut.

Well, There is a difference I think. The Expensive stuff create a brightening of the surrounding rocks and the Bromellite cores don't.

Now pretty sure this is correct. Since I started watching for the reflected light, I have not prospected a single Bromellite core rock.

There are other rocks that are pretty bright that make reflected light but they are not as bright as core rocks.
