Brookes Galactic Tours first tourist beacon

I went to the Artemis system to start the Brookes Galactic Tours and I can't locate the tourist beacon that's supposed to be the first stop on the tour. Any hints from any CMDR would be appreciated.

please disregard my earlier request. The answer was right in front of my nose. Sorry. I started the journey and have hit a snag. I'm trying to plot a course from Taygeta to PMD2009 48. The distance is 1019 LY. The plotting map tells me the course plot failed. Anybody else run into this? I think there may be a restricted zone I'm not able to travel through but I can't seem to find it.

There are some permit-locked systems around there. Move laterally and try again. If that doesn’t work try another ship with greater jump range.
