Horizons Brown faces again....

*I misposted this in suggestionsxw. copying here*

After 2.3 I have noticed that all characters have had a make over...Bris Dekker for instance doesn't look like and old woman anymore. But I have noticed a reoccurring problem when I load Elite. all the characters have brown patterns across their faces and some features don't render correctly (like my White Suit)

As you can see....this is a bit weird. any advice would be greatly appreciated
