I have 81% of the Therizinosaurus genome, but it still says I have insufficient genome data to view or create it

I faced this as well, but I can’t seem to find any more mines to get more genomes, I don’t know what to do now…?As abigenius pointed out, you need 100% of the genome to create the Therizinosaurus
You have to unlock the next level of the mine to get more.

It's said you need a 100% genome for the dinosaur.
I wonder if this was an intentional reference to what was stated in the film itself, where its said that the dinos Biosyn created have a "pure" or "100%" genome or something like that? Essentially, no DNA adding from other animals (transgenesis) to fill in the missing gaps as before. And during that statement, they showed Moros intrepidus as an example to Grant and Sattler.

Yes it is. Dodgson even calls it out during the campaign dialogue.
