Bug? Chimpanzees ignore walls

This was a problem before the last patches, and now it seems even worse: Chimpanzees keep ignoring walls in the enclosure I built for them. There are multiple layers of scenery, walls, I put glass barriers inside the walls, tried slapping plants and rocks on them, they just jump through everything and escape.
The enclosure is built in a way that part is indoors, part outdoors, and a glass walkway connecting both parts, with a guest path in between. However, they dgaf about the walls of the indoors part. Babies are extra bad. Right next to them is a Gorilla enclosure built the same way that does not have these problems. (They glitched through the glass tunnel sometimes, but at least I could stop that with scenery.)

Am I missing something here, or is this super bugged?

Isn't that because of the trees? They climb trees as well. And it looks like its hanging over clippig through the walls close to the climbable platforms?

I think the problem is that if they can start any animation, walls aren't blocking them if it's close to the wall.

If it wasn't an issue before it's strange though. But that would be my best guess

Babies tend to be smaller and have easier access to smaller holes. You won't notice until they are born though.

The update definitely changed things regarding space calculation and also animal hitboxes. But from your screenshots I am not able to really see where the problems are. You might wanna check again if you have used climbable building items somewhere in between, which also can lead to have animals glitching through walls.
Beware: with the update some items are now classified as climbable e.g. the ropes.

Interestingly I had a similar problem with my first capuchin monkey build - the monkeys were literally walking across midair between a climbing platform an a concrete wall, and then clipping through the wall onto the wooden beam I was using to accent the exterior. Once I moved the platform a few more inches away it seemed to fix the problem, though.

@marcnesiumHH I have used some logs that might be climbable, but those don't seem to be the places where they break out. The Gorillas got out that way in the beginning, but I could fix that by adding a bit more scenery. Chimps don't care though.

I think it's most definitely the trees, if you remove them (just to check), are the problem areas gone after that?

ps. Really nice build!
