Bug in powerplay 2.0 - Test3 system

Sounds like a bug that will prevent you from completing that weekly assignment. I would either send a support ticket or just accept that you won't be able to complete that one and just wait until you get new ones next week.
That being said I'm curious, in which system were you when you logged in? The assignments send you to nearby systems, and this implies there is an invisible test/developer system near you in the game.
On your left pannel on the assignments pannel, you can actually click on "View on maps" and it takes you directly into that system in the galaxy map. Perhaps if you click on it you'll be able to be the first player ever to get into a dev system.

There are indeed a few such invisible systems near Sol, which occasionally get revealed by bugs such as this.
(And can - though perhaps not right now... - be seen in Sol by carefully inspecting the constellations for mysterious extra stars)
There is a weekly assignments in Powerplay 2.0 telling me to complete bounties in the Test3 system. :-/

There is in fact a system with that name, but it's not visible to or accessible by players, it was exposed once during one of the beta's I believe and you could target it but not actually jump there. It does seem a bug, that system should not be used in the actual game as part of game play and is probably a system FDEV uses for, well, testing stuff!
