[BUG] - LIMPETS unavailable from my Fleet Carrier (Adv. Maintenance, Comodity mrkt, Transfer)

Hi all,

I cannot offer limets to the other players or even to myself from my Fleet carrier.
It is a real problem as most miners who sell their godds want to purchase limpets to carry on mining !
My FC is therefore not only doing nothing but aquiring a bad rep on the field.

Even stranger: if I want to buy and store limpets, I can't !
They vanish as soon as someone sells them to the FC, and they are not available from maintenance or even from the commodity market.

To help the devs : these limpets seem to be able to survive a transfer from the ship to the FC and are avaible to be tranfered back.

I believe that you need the rearming module in order to supply limpets.

OF course the rearm module is installed :/ otherwise it wouldn't be a bug...
I even tried to suspend and reactivate it with no effect.
But good thinking

The fact that I seem to be one of the few people that encounter that bug, tells me that maybe it isn't one.

Can anyone think of something I could have done wrong ?

there is a bug yes have the same, many commanders got it now and maybe more coming. tired some stuff to work around this issue but found no fix for this.

for anyone who not want the bug, don't use the carrier manager commodities market to stock limpets. that's how I got it. otherwise you can not stock limpets anymore.

I think I had the problem before doing that as I tried supplying limpets via the commodities market only as a fix attempt.
I am glad that some others also have reported the issue in the system. It is really damaging for me, and I sure hope it will get fixed soon !

Sounds like you hit the bug i have, i can't restock my limpets on my ship period, reloads,restarts, remove/readding the module did NOTHING

Did you jump ?
Did you remove the service and put it back ?

My ship has such a great spot that I can't move it. I hope for our sake this gets solved pretty fast !

I haven't tried buying Limpets from a Carrier yet, but I did try to buy a new SRV from a bunch and that doesn't work either.
I get a generic "Server Error" message and am put back in the main Carrier menu every time I try.
I don't have a Carrier and don't quite know how that works, but if the issue is that none of the 12 or so Carriers I tried in the HIP 36601 system yesterday has that option unlocked, then why a "Server Error" and why make it look as if I can buy one, instead of telling me that that option isn't available on that Carrier?
Ammo and fuel could be purchased on all the Carriers that allowed me to land.

Perhaps that is the root cause of the issue, I haven't had any difficulty in buying limpets from my carrier or others that I have tried.

Not sure how much it would end up costing you, but if you have enough credits you could try decommissioning the carrier and getting a new one. Can't promise that it would cure the issue, but it might.

Something i noticed, the limpets are no longer present on the commodities screen, that does nothing for the invisible import order however so the bug persists.

I guess nobody else will be able to trigger it...
