Bug? - Listening post showing up as guardian site

I've scanned this gas giant and FSS tells me there's a guardian signal.
All I can find is a listening post dedicated to a dead pet (seriously, bye immersion).

Is this a known bug or am I just not looking hard enough for the guardian signal?

I believe that I read someone else posting that this was a bug.
