Bug or can this be resolved in game

Closing the pool and reopening when everyone has left doesn't work and changing the depth doesn't work any suggestions?

This is very weird, and fun at the same time, sorry never had this problem before.

Guests can also get stuck on queues, right before the ride-entrance.
Only solution I found for this is deleting the ride/part-of-pool and press undo (ctrl+z/y)
