bug or cheat using?

good time of day, Commanders^^ I bought some Bromellite from this guy: Leonism (Free Docking) (MFM-G5Z) | HIP 40687 and it didn't show up in my ship inventory. Relogging, restarting game didn't help, so question is: is he/she is a cheater or it's me bugged? Still-money was transferred from my account. Can anyone check this up please? Thank you in advance, fly safe^^

It's best to fill out a support ticket for this kind of thing.
I strongly doubt cheating as the error is most likely taking place between you and fdev's transaction server.

Some issue with the transaction servers, in all likelihood.

Players have zero control over instances they are not hosting, so there is almost no conceivable way this was a cheat if your CMDR was the only one around.

When you buy from carrier there is a bug. You need to open the commodities market again and it will magically appear in your cargo. It should have done after relog too though

I do a lot of hauling to/from my carrier, and I've noticed this exact issue happening every single time. Fill the cargo hold, but I don't get the "Cargo hold at maximum capacity" warning, and my ship's inventory is empty! Rest assured, your cargo is really in your ships hold! For some odd reason when you purchase items from FC's, it doesn't seem to show up in the inventory menu. If you go back into the Commodities Market/Secure Trading menu, you'll suddenly get the "Cargo hold at maximum capacity" warning AND now everything shows up in your inventory. Alternatively, just fly to the station you intend to sell items to, the moment you open the Commodities Market menu, you'll get the "Cargo hold at maximum capacity" warning, and you'll be able to sell all of the goods you purchased from the FC. This appears to be a bug with the FC's themselves as far as I can tell.
Hope that helps!

There seems to be several bugs around due to the client (or the servers) not updating correctly, most of them seem to be fixed by a relog. They're probably all symptoms created by the same bug.

This still is not solved. I don't know how often I forgot about that. Went with a - in my opinion filled cargo rack - to my construction site ...
WHEN WILL THIS BE SOLVED?

I believe its the FC commodity bug. If you buy it from the carrier's commodity, and it does not show up in your cargo hold always happens to me everytime what fixes it is going back into the carrier commodity menu and it will show up then.
