Anyone ever see a white ship on the radar? I saw one in a CZ yesterday. A cloud of red and a single white triangle darting around. It was definitely a ship. I targeted it and tried to scan it, but somehow lost targeting in the melee. Never seen it before so no idea what that meant. Maybe just a graphical glitch?

Well, during a recent beta players appeared as NPC solid squares.

It wasn't anyone from FD. The green is kinda telling. Only NPCs show green when one is friendly with their faction.

AFAIK the Ship couldn't have been Green. No such thing as being Cordial/Friendly/Allied to another Player for all I know.

)I've only seen the Opposite during the V2.4 Beta - where all Player Ships were solid, one had to manually check who was a Player and who an NPC.

I saw this once maybe a month or two ago. I thought it odd and got a quick scan but didn't bother with a screen shot (very unlike me as I always SS unique and interesting NPC's).
I wondered how a player could get a green SAV ship for a moment and then moved on with my life.
Now I see that player is back.
