Bug report templates in primary bug reporting forum

In the 1.3 beta bug report forum, whenever one would start a new thread, at the top the template was always shown, ready for copy+paste into the post body and to fill in the various fields. I would really like to see this added for the primary, permanent bug reporting forum, it was so useful.

Can't you use the following from it: -

Yeah, but it is very helpful when available right there when starting a new thread. Sometimes it is the small things that make a big difference in usability.
