Its my wing mate who cant log in since the update, he has raised a ticket and followed all instructions in in support and Faq and Frontier replied to tell him to do just that, the faq and support forum. Makes me think they dont like hearing anything that shows them in a bad light as they have not got back in touch with him since he told them he had done all that already. He has sent all usual requested files and logs and now its a waiting game for him.
I have watched a couple of interactive live streams and Frontier only take questions from people praising the game and no one who has an issue.
