BUG - Staff get "stuck" where staff paths meet regular paths.

So I have a staff path going between 2 habitats, where staff facilities are hidden away from complaining guests. Right where this staff path meets the main guest path, staff members keep randomly getting stuck. All of them. I end up with every single staff member piling up in this large group just walking in place but being unable to pass over the intersection... as if there's an invisible barrier there. I have to delete the paths, then undo to get them to work again... for about 20 -30 minutes before they do it again. This occurs in both franchise and sandbox. Even workshop zoos I downloaded are having this issue.

They can cross from guest path to staff path, but not the other way around. It's very frustrating.

I lost several gold medal animals with great genetics due to starvation and habitat cleanliness causing disease because the zookeepers were stuck... including a few pandas I was trying to breed in franchise mode.
 
I had this happen last week and rebuilding the path didn't fix it, until I rebuilt the path in a totally different spot (just moved over a bit). I've also had guests have spots where they get stuck and just spin in circles as well. Having paths built aligned to a grid are a possible culprit in my game, so I use the grid alignment a lot less now.
 
My issue seems to be keepers getting stuck on paths that were made aligned to the grid, and then stairs that go up into a keepers hut. No matter what I do, the keeper thinks the hut is either full or there is no path to the work zone. I've tried re-making the paths and everything is surely connected, and it's all staff path that the keeper is complaining about. I'm guessing it's because of the grid now, too.
 
I’ve got that problem in my current sandbox mode lately. The only way I could tell is I would get a notification saying animal is starving so I’d look what the problem was and the keeper would be stuck on the little white path between the path and barrier door. It’s a simple fix by just moving the keeper but gets annoying after awhile.

Replace that piece of regular path and replace it with staff path.
The game automatically uses regular path when placing barrier doors and shops.

But it shouldn't be an issue anymore after this patch apparantly.
