Bug: Staff getting stuck on paths

I am on the Canada career mode scenario where you have to build your first zoo from scratch, and staff will randomly get stuck and walk in place in certain areas. They'll be okay for a few seconds if I pick them up and drop them but as soon as they touch the same spot they get stuck again. The paths look fine so there's no reason why they should be getting stuck? Quitting and restarting the game fixes it.

I had this issue too, I had to delete anything that I’d built that touched the path, deleted the path and put it back and then it was fine
