[BUG] Support for buttons 33+ on controllers

I wonder if anybody mentioned it before, but X-55 and X-56 (at least) have buttons over the normal limitation of 32 buttons.
This is something I wouldn't ask, but I know at least one other games (also a space game) of a much smaller budget that actually can use the buttons.

For X-55 and X-56, over 32 is the "slider" button on the throttle.
This is actually a very useful button for any "hold" function. I would map this to reverse throttle or maybe flight assist.

I know I can map it using Saitek own software, but since ED controller settings are SO complete, it would be nice to actually implement internally.

Also there are 3 extra "buttons" (not really buttons), which is actually the three way on the bottom left of the throttle (whichever position is turned to, it shows as a continously pressed button). This can be used to switch modes in the Saitek software, but I am sure if ED acknowledged the existence of these three buttons, it could be utilized in an interesting way.
The same also is virtually present on the stick (configured as three virtual buttons, connected to the behavior of the real ) - I suspect to be able to assign the mode of the stick in Saitek own software.

The mode is again same in X-55 and X-56.
