So, during recovery missions (the kind you can get with the structural disaster or natural disaster event) can be outright nonsense sometimes. When it works, it's nice for someone who likes a mix of trading and exploration. HOWEVER, I have had recent troubles with the randomly given "scavenger" event, as sometimes guards still roamed around the outpost, and even seemingly worked with the bandits. This is all while the base is out of power. So I still need to cut into the building and restore power just to get things done. If you anger anyone? You can get a fine. Maybe even risk the anti-ship turrets destroying you if you've landed close enough. This is broken in the worst way possible. It just completely disrupts what I would hope is the intended gameplay loop.
